Interestingly, the innate ability of women to nurture and care for their family and those in their immediate environment hasn’t changed. Consequently, the average woman is constantly at a limbo of what to focus on. The avalanche of books urging women to own their space, ‘Lean In’ and ‘Becoming’ are testament to the fact that no longer is it an option to ignore the challenges posed as women take on more leadership role in the office and community, but that every effort must be made to continually align the tipping scales of balance.

This is the reason MAPHer Ltd was started. It is a company created for the working woman, the ambitious woman and the woman with a deep-set desire to make a difference, live beyond herself and still possess the femininity that gives her the confidence to be her best self.
