    When my children were a lot younger and I was invited to birthday parties, I found the parties I enjoyed most were those with just one exit door – I simply sat near the door. I knew that as long as the kids didn’t go past me at that door, they were safe and within the party building.     The Oxford dictionary defines Commitment as ‘the state or quality or quality of being dedicated to an activity’. I like this definition as it infers there has to be an activity. So before you decide you CAN, your first step is to clearly detail what your goal is.
