In 2022, we said goodbye to MAP… or so we thought!
Since then, I’ve been cheering from the sidelines, watching many of the ‘MAP faithfuls’ drive impact from their sphere of influence. From stepping into ministry, launching purposedriven businesses, climbing the career ladder, and leading with impact, the MAP flame has been kept burning bright!
As I approached my birthday this June, one word kept echoing in my heart: IMPACT. And then it hit me. June 2026 will mark 10 years since the very first MAP. Can you believe it? I tried to shake off the idea, but it just wouldn’t leave me… So here it is: We’re gathering together to celebrate the phenomenon that is MAP as we convene for MAP. 2026: #IMPACT!

Buky Adegbulugbe
Buky Adegbulugbe is a seasoned investment banking professional and Director at Morgan Stanley, with over a decade of experience across leading firms including Goldman Sachs, Brown Shipley, Quilter Cheviot, and Redmayne Bentley Stockbrokers. Originally trained as a civil engineer, with a master’s in Environmental Engineering and Project Management, she successfully transitioned into finance, building deep expertise in Asset Services across the EMEA region.
Beyond her corporate career, Buky is the founder of SipGeek, a non-alcoholic mobile cocktail bar that celebrates her Nigerian heritage while crafting inclusive, celebratory experiences. She is also the host of SIP & Grow with Booqii, a podcast dedicated to sobriety, personal growth, and intentional living.
A wife and mother of two boys, Buky embodies resilience, creativity, and purpose. Her journey reflects a passion for embracing new paths, nurturing communities, and inspiring others to thrive personally and professionally.
Arike Disu
Arike Disu is the Founder and Principal of Fountain Montessori Preschools in London and Hertfordshire, where for nearly two decades she has nurtured children aged 0–5 through the Montessori philosophy. Since establishing Fountain Montessori in 2006, she has grown it into a thriving community known for excellence, innovation, and genuine care.
With a professional background as a Financial Analyst at Angel Trains Ltd, Arike brings analytical rigor and strategic vision to early childhood education. Beyond her schools, she serves as a Parent Educator with The Parent Practice and contributes nationally as a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for a Fit and Healthy Childhood, shaping policy on children’s wellbeing.
A proud mother of two adult children, Arike is passionate about equipping the next generation with skills, resilience, and values to thrive. She continues to champion holistic development, strong family connections, and opportunities that empower young people to succeed.

Doyin Olorunfemi
Doyin Olorunfemi is an author, researcher, and productivity strategist passionate about helping people bring their ideas to life through clear, actionable steps. Her published works on Amazon cover themes of personal growth, productivity, and faith, equipping readers with practical tools to thrive in every area of life.
From 2016 to 2022, she convened the annual MAP (Motivate Adorn Prepare) Conferences, creating platforms that inspired and connected women globally around leadership, resilience, and excellence. Her academic research, featured in peer-reviewed journals, reinforces her advocacy for women by offering evidence-based insights into social and gender issues.
Through her YouTube series, “Minute Motivation with Doyin,” she delivered over 100 concise, motivating clips packed with strategies for women, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven individuals. Combining scholarship, lived experience, and passion, Doyin empowers others to move beyond intention, maximize productivity, and make their vision a reality.
